Lastly, this talk is part of our members efforts to explore starting a new project around methods for flourishing product / service design ("what innovation"), and how this can be done simultaneously with flourishing business model design ("how innovation"). The business model design could be within a startup contexts or established enterprises (see our Project: Flourishing Enterprise Method and the strategy design method of our Project: Flourishing Enterprise Innovation Toolkit. Many members of the group have expressed an interest in this topic, and a meeting to explore possibilities was held earlier this year. The minutes of this meeting were posted to our LinkedIn Group by Prof. Maya Hoveskog here, along with a GoogleDoc here. In Jan's talk this month he will be sharing and discussing his and Francesca's research on a Flourishing Product Design Method, critical to enable strongly sustainable outcomes of our enterprises - the combination of the product design and the business model design. At the end of this month's meeting we'll return to the topic of which members might be interested in collaborating on a project in this area, and what useful next steps could be. As usual, we are meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month The slides presented plus a link to the unedited recording of this meeting is available via our GoogleDrive in the folder for this months meeting.
